Greetings to all existing and Prospective NSREC 2020 Virtual Exhibitors Due to COVID-19, The Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference (NSREC) 2020, including the industrial exhibition, has gone virtual and will begin on Sunday, November 29 and end on Tuesday, December 08. When the live portion ends on Dec 8th, everyone will still have access to the talks and Exhibits until December 30th.
We will continue to share updates, including what to expect as a virtual exhibitor on the event website, www.nsrec.com, email and by our new social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Linked InandTwitter at #nsrec2020), in the coming weeks.
The Industrial exhibition will be held on: Tuesday – Thursday (December 1-3) – Manned Exhibits 11:30am-01:00pm EST Monday – Tuesday (December 7-8) – Manned Exhibits 11:30am-01:00pm EST
The Exhibit Reception will be held: Friday (December 4) - Exhibit Reception
NSREC Registration is now open. Please submit your forms and payment to ETCic(see contact info on registration form). Do not send your registration form directly to Scott Jordan.
The link below is the official NSREC 2020 Exhibitors Announcement form which includes invitation, exhibit booth registration and exhibitor rules. The cost is $1,500 for single booth and $3,000 for double booth.

Dates to remember
Exhibit Booth Registration submitted to NSREC Exhibit no later than October 5th
Exhibit Materials delivered to TBX (Virtual Producer) by October 16th
Exhibit Booths completed by TBX (Virtual Producer) no later than November 6th
Technically, NSREC exhibits are “open” 24/7 starting December 1st
Attendees may visit booth any time of day/night during the virtual event and on-demand until December 30th
Anticipate 1.5 hours of dedicated Exhibit time December 1, 2,3,7,8
Exhibit Reception 2 hours Friday, December 4th
Exhibitors may choose to staff during all open hours or only during dedicated exhibit times above
Exhibitors may choose to set meetings outside of “Exhibit hall” hours.
On demand Technically starts on December 5th although there are live functions (Workshop and Poster Sessions) on the 7th and 8th
