The 2012 Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference will be held in Miami, Florida at the InterContinental Miami on July 16-25, 2012. Ken LaBel of NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, is the 2012 Conference General Chair.
The amount of lead time required to plan a conference has increased and it currently takes more than three years to plan each NSREC. Jeff Black of Vanderbilt University has chosen San Francisco, California to host the 2013 conference.
As always, papers presented at the NSREC are eligible for publication in the December issue of the IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science. Authors and reviewers are uploading their papers/reviews to the guest editors, via the IEEE Manuscript Central web site. This process will assure timely publication of the December TNS Special Issue. Detailed instructions are found on the Guest Editor's page (on this web site).
