Instructions for Obtaining Invitation Letter
If you are an author or a co-author of an accepted paper, please send an email to simone.gerardin@dei.unipd.it (one mail per paper) with the following details:
1) number and title of the accepted paper (to speed up processing please always put the paper number in the subject of your mail) 2) complete details of the authors who will present the paper and for whom you need invitation letters: name, surname, complete affiliation, and full address with postal code 3) an electronic version of the invitation letters will be sent to you. If you need the paper version, please send also a pdf file with your name and address (both in English and in your own language, if necessary) to be attached to the envelope . If you are not an author of an accepted paper, you will need to register WITH FULL PAYMENT first at this link, and then send an email to simone.gerardin@dei.unipd.it with the following details: 1) complete details of the people who need an invitation letter: name, surname, complete affiliation, and full address with postal code 2) proof of your registration 3) an electronic version of the invitation letters will be sent to you. If you need the paper version, please send also a pdf file with your name and address (both in English and in your own language, if necessary) to be attached to the envelope . |
