To do this, you must call our meeting planning company, ETC Services, tel: 720-733-2003. They will add you to the list and then try to facilitate “name changes” when we have cancellations. For those of you who may need to CANCEL YOUR ATTENDANCE at the conference, we ask that you do not contact the hotel to cancel your room reservation!
