Authors of accepted oral papers must prepare a presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint in wide screen format (16:9). Please include the NSREC 2026 logo<\/a> on the title slide.<\/p>\n

Make sure the text is clearly readable and graphs are complete with all the necessary labels.<\/p>\n

The time allocated for each presentation is 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes of Q&A. A good pace is one slide per minute, so you should have about 12 slides. Please watch our NSREC Now Video on How to Deliver a Great Oral Presentation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The presentation (accepted formats: ppt, pptx, pdf) must be uploaded by Friday, July 17, 2026<\/strong> on RADOCS<\/a><\/strong>. This is a firm deadline.<\/p>\n

The session chairs will meet the authors before the session for a brief meeting at the presentation stage. This will be an opportunity to review procedures and equipment for the talk. In addition, speakers should visit the A\/V preview room (Level 2, Puerto Rico Convention Center) to verify that their slides display correctly on the conference system (fonts, animations, transitions, etc.).<\/p>\n
