Exhibitor Invitation Letter

Greetings to all NSREC 2025 Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2025 IEEE Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference (NSREC) at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. The exhibits will take place in the Broadway Ballroom, offering over 10,000 square feet of space designed to promote customer interaction throughout the three-day event. We have also structured the schedule to facilitate excellent networking opportunities with customers and attendees. Below, you’ll find the tentative exhibit schedule*, along with details on costs and inclusions: 

Exhibit Hours*: Tuesday, July 15, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; 5:30-7:00 p.m. 

Wednesday, July 16, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 

Thursday, July 17, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 

Reception: Tuesday, July 15: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 

Meals: Tuesday, July 15, Morning/Afternoon Breaks, Evening Reception 

Wednesday, July 16: Morning Break, Lunch 

Thursday, July 17: Morning Break 

Raffle: Following the lunch break in the Grand Ballroom, before the final tech session on Wednesday, July 16 (attendance required to win) 

Set-Up Hours: Monday, July 15: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Tear Down Hours: Thursday, July 17: After the Morning break, out by 12:00 p.m. 

Booth Space: 

  • $4,300 per 10’ x 10’ standard in-line booth furnished with pipe and drape, 6’ table, chairs, company sign

Your company’s listing in the NSREC brochure 

Each 10’x10’ exhibit includes one complimentary technical session registration and two complimentary exhibitor badges for booth staff, granting access to the exhibit area. Additional exhibitor badges will be available for $200. 

Exhibitor Breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Exhibitor Reception on Tuesday, and Exhibitor Lunch on Wednesday

Early registration will ensure the earliest selection of booth locations, as spaces will be assigned only upon receipt of full payment, on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference contractor will provide the exhibitor manuals.
