Greetings to all NSREC 2023 Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2023 IEEE Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference (NSREC) being held at the Sheraton Crowne Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The Exhibits will be held in Exhibit Hall A which has over 35,000 sq ft of exhibit space with a layout to encourage customer interaction throughout. This large space allows options that haven’t previously been utilized for NSREC meeting.  We have also arranged the schedule to encourage outstanding opportunities to meet with customers. The following is the tentative exhibit schedule*, cost, and inclusions:

Exhibit Hours*: Tuesday, July 25: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. & 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, July 26: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

 

Reception: Tuesday, July 25: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

 

Meals: Tuesday, July 25: Breakfast, Morning/Afternoon Breaks, Lunch, Evening Reception

Wednesday, July 26: Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch

 

Raffle: 15 minutes before lunch ends on Wednesday, July 26 (must be present to win).

 

Set Up Hours: Monday, July 24: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

Tear Down Hours: Wednesday, July 26: 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.

 

Booth Space: $4,000 per 10’ x 10’ standard in-line booth furnished with pipe and drape, 6’ table, 2 chairs, company sign

$7500 per 20’x10’ double in-line booth with pipe and drape, 2 6’ tables, 4 chairs, company sign

$4,500 per 10’ x 10’ single peninsula booth furnished with pipe and drape, 6’ table, 2 chairs, company sign

$8000 per 20’x10’ double peninsula booth with pipe and drape, 2 6’ tables, 4 chairs, company sign

Island booths available upon request for additional pricing

 

Included:
  • A link to your company’s web page on the NSREC website
  • Your company’s listing in the NSREC brochure
  • One complimentary technical session registration per and two complimentary exhibitor badges granting access to the exhibit area for booth staff for each 10×10 exhibit. Additional exhibitor badges will be available to purchase for $200.
  • Exhibitor Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, Exhibitor Reception on Tuesday and Exhibitor Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday

Early registration will ensure earliest selection of booth locations, as spaces will be assigned only upon receipt of full payment, on a first-come, first-served basis. This year we have an online option for registration. This is the preferred method of registration. The site will be available soon.
